Jump houses, relay races, popsicles.</p> <p>Tuesday. Absolutely nothing.</p> <p>Today was Picnic Day. Jump houses, DJ, snow cones, popsicles, popcorn, hot dogs, chips, juices.</p> <p>Tomorrow. Absolutely nothing.</p> <p>Why do we have to do a bunch of stuff all on the same day? With two days having nothing, couldn&#8217;t we have moved some of the snacks around? Why did my kids need chips, juice, a popsicle, a snowcone and popcorn all in a two hour span? I think it’s in the second movie. </p> <p>When she was stuck for an idea, I pitched “How about the things you do in summer, summer, summer?” It got a giggle and a nod and off she went. For some reason, she loves using the months in her writing. Fine with me.
