Finished my Strike Out ALS 5K tonight with a time of 36:26. Two minutes slower than last year, but last year I was running 10-12 miles a week. I’m happy I ran the entire thing and finishing on the field is such an amazing perk.

If you’re a Chicago person, come out to celebrate with us post-race. They’ll be showing the All Star Game on the jumbotron at Comiskey and the concessions will be open. They do ask for a small donation upon entrance. It’ll be a blast!
